Take the guesswork out of how to get fit after childbirth.

We simplify postpartum wellness so you can find empowerment, confidence, and happiness.

It's time to redefine what it truly means to be fit as a postpartum mother.

Workshop highlights

  • Flexible Health Mindset: Confront those internal obstacles that hinder your progress. Overcoming self-doubt, nurturing self-care, and recognizing your self-worth – these are struggles we've all faced. Together, we'll break these barriers and feel better about who we are.

  • Redefine Fitness: learn our 3-phase training program for postpartum mothers.

  • Meet Your Needs: It's not just about what you eat, but also about what you think. We'll talk about identifying perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, employing mental and emotional coping skills, and understanding attachments.

  • Community of Support: Connect with like-minded people who share your journey towards well-being. We'll have group discussions, share personal insights, and build a strong support network that lasts well beyond the workshop.

Who are we?

SHAWNETTE HORTON

Shawnette earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. Creating a safe and non-judgmental space for those she works with is her top priority. While maternal mental health is her primary focus, Shawnette works alongside non-parents and has a strong passion for aiding others in all walks to life to process emotions, enhance self-understanding, and achieve greater life satisfaction.

When she’s not behind the therapy chair, Shawnette enjoys the company of her husband and their three little dogs, reading, watching anime, and losing money at the arcade claw machines.
