High-energy conditioning inspired by lucha libre.

Luchacise blends strength, conditioning, and athletic movement drills into a fast-paced workout inspired by the training style of lucha libre performers. It’s playful, high-energy, and a little chaotic in the best way.

Club Cake Conditioning

Thursdays, 1215-1300
A cardio workout disguised as a dance party.

Each class blends cardio intervals, bodyweight strength, and rhythmic movement into a high-energy session that feels more like being in a club than being stuck on a treadmill. Have fun… and accidentally worked out really hard.

Strong bodies also need balance. Our online Pilates sessions focus on posture, mobility, and core control to help your body recover from training and move better day to day. They’re designed to complement the in-person classes and can be done anytime from home.
