8 coached group classes + monthly pop-up event(s). Every class is coached, scalable, and part of a program going somewhere - as opposed to a random collection of hard things done to you on a schedule.
Online Pilates library

4 recovery and mobility sessions a month plus a full Pilates library. Do them from home, in the airport, on a boat…whenever you can fit them in. Because your body would appreciate being treated like something you'd like to keep using.
strategy meetings

Bi-weekly live group coaching calls covering fat loss, habit building, and all the invisible things quietly undermining your consistency. Recorded, because we live in reality and reality has scheduling conflicts.

Do I Need To Be In Shape First?

No. That's like asking if you need to be clean before you shower. We're the shape-getting mechanism. Arrive as you are.
Is this class going to destroy me?

The goal is to leave feeling accomplished, not like you made a series of decisions you regret. Challenging, yes. Punishing, no. We want you to come back.
What if I miss a class?

Then you missed a class. The program has multiple layers specifically because we've worked with humans long enough to know how weeks go. One missed class is not a crisis. It's a Thursday. Come back.
What if I’ve tried programs before and they didn’t work.

Because those programs gave you workouts and called it a day. This has workouts, coaching, structure, and a community that will notice if you disappear. The program was never the missing piece. The support system was. That's what this is.
