Make your health part of your life again.(without making it your whole life).
Request a spot in the
next challenge!
This requests a spot, it doesn't confirm one. Next, you'll pick a time for your free 20-minute call.
You're not bad at taking care of yourself. You're busy taking care of everything else.
You've done this before.
Found a plan. Bought the groceries. Started strong on a Monday. Then work ran long, someone needed something, your week did the thing weeks do, and the plan became one more item on the list of things you were failing at.
You didn't want it badly enough. That's the story most programs sell you. It's not true. The plan just assumed a version of your life where nothing goes sideways. That version doesn't exist. It never has.
The Poundcake 30-Day Challenge is built for the actual week you have : the one with a job, people who need things from you, and zero interest in becoming a full-time wellness project.
The goal isn't 30 perfect days.
It's figuring out how to keep going on the days that aren't.
Most programs hand you a full overhaul on day one: food, workouts, sleep, schedule, your entire relationship with Tupperware, and act surprised when it doesn't survive contact with a Tuesday.
Instead, we you a single manageable action at a time. Each day, you practice making a slightly healthier choice inside the life you're actually living . Not the hypothetical one where nobody emails you after 4:30.
What changes when the plan finally fits your life…instead of the other way around?
You stop guessing what to do next
One clear action a day. Less time spent researching, planning, and wondering if you're doing enough and more time just doing the thing.
You build consistency the actually-effective way
No lifestyle demolition on day one. Just repeated small actions, which is how habits get built by everyone who's ever successfully built one.
You make choices that work for your life, not a stranger's meal plan
No rigid rules assuming everyone eats, moves, and lives identically. You're an adult. You get treated like one.
You're not doing this alone at 6am wondering why
Daily guidance plus a community of people doing the same 30 days you are. Someone else is also awake and mildly annoyed at their alarm.
You end up with something you keep, not something you survive
This is practice for a sustainable approach, not a 30-day sprint that ends with you sprinting right back to your old routine, exhausted and $100 lighter.
Three steps.
None of them involve reorganizing your fridge by color.
Request your spot
Fill out the short form. Confirm you're good with the $100 investment. Takes about 90 seconds (we timed it).
Book your free Fit Clarity Call
Pick a time for a 20-minute call. We talk about what's actually making this hard, answer your questions, and figure out together whether the challenge fits.
If it does, you pay the $100 fee right there. Your spot is confirmed after the call and payment, not a second before.
Start your 30 days
One manageable action a day. Daily guidance. Full access to the challenge community. No orientation packet the size of a mortgage application.
Built for women who are already carrying a lot
This is a good fit if:
Your health keeps sliding to the bottom of an already-full to-do list.
You're tired of restarting every time your schedule gets complicated (which is often).
You want structure without rigid food or workout rules.
You'd rather build one habit at a time than attempt a total overnight overhaul.
You want support, not someone yelling at you from beside a tractor tire.
You're ready to invest $100 and give the process 30 real days.
This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about making healthier choices workable for the person you already are, who is, statistically, extremely busy.
Everything included in the $100 challenge
A free 20-minute Fit Clarity Call before you pay anything
A real training program, built for you and scheduled in the Poundcake Fitness app
Daily habits with text reminders, so you always know what's next
An in-app community challenge, plus a private Facebook group
Two live group calls a week with the Poundcake coaching team
A coaching approach built around YOU
A structure built for practicing healthier behavior in a real life, not a staged one
Practical coaching.
Specific support.
No motivational fog machine.
This program runs on the same core principles as our one-to-one work: build competence, protect autonomy, provide real support, and find versions of "healthy" you can actually stand to do repeatedly. You're supported from a team of coaches and a community, not left with an app and a hope.
Jenny: Movement & Support
Jenny treats movement as something to celebrate, not endure. She builds programs around what you'll actually enjoy and shows up for you on the days you don't want to — because a workout you dread doesn't get repeated, and a coach who's actually in your corner is half the reason the other one does.
Mikayla: Food & Habits
Mikayla starts from one line: your healthiest life shouldn't mean giving up the foods you love. She helps you drop the fad diets and the food guilt, and build habits solid enough to survive birthdays, vacations, and an actually hard week — not just a perfect one.
Ryan: Training & Mindset
Ryan builds stronger bodies without the chaos, guilt, or industry noise. His coaching blends evidence-based training with real mindset work, so you can lose fat, get strong, and take back control — on your terms, not a program's.
"I don't have much time."
That's exactly why the challenge uses one manageable action a day instead of asking you to rebuild your life before breakfast. Most days, it's 10–20 minutes.
"I've tried challenges before."
Most challenges run on intensity: strict rules, a big commitment, and a quiet hope that your actual life will politely step outside for 30 days. It won't. This one was built knowing it wouldn't.
"I'm not fit enough."
There's no fitness bar to clear. Part of the Fit Clarity Call is figuring out where you're actually starting, not where a program assumes you are.
"I don't want a restrictive diet."
Good, because there isn't one. No meal plan, no forbidden-foods list, no moral judgment about bread.
"Do I need a gym membership?"
No. This works with whatever access and equipment you already have — even if that's "a hallway and mild determination."
"Is this one-to-one coaching?"
The Fit Clarity Call is one-to-one. The 30-day challenge itself runs on group coaching and community support.
Join the Poundcake 30-Day Challenge
$100 for the full 30 days
Your 30 days start as soon as your Fit Clarity Call is done.
Your enrollment includes:
Your Fit Clarity Call
A real training program, built for you in the Poundcake Fitness app
Daily habits with text reminders
An in-app community challenge and the Poundcake Facebook group
Two live group calls a week with the Poundcake coaching team
A realistic structure for actually keeping this up
Does submitting the form mean I'm enrolled?
No. It means you've requested a spot. You'll book and complete your Fit Clarity Call and pay the $100 before anything is confirmed.
Why a call instead of just paying online?
Because five minutes of actually talking to you tells us more than any form field could — what you need, whether this fits, what your questions are — and it means you start day one already set up properly instead of guessing.
Is the Fit Clarity Call actually free?
Yes. Free, 20 minutes, no obligation. If you enroll, the $100 challenge fee is collected during that same call.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. Whatever access and resources you already have is the starting point.
Is this a diet or meal plan?
No prescribed meals, no universal forbidden-foods list. This is about building behaviors that hold up, one at a time.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing dramatic. Check it off whenever you get to it, or just pick up with the next day's action. The challenge doesn't reset because life happened.
Where does the community actually live?
Two places: an in-app community challenge through our training app, and the Challenge Facebook group. Plus two live group calls a week with your coaches — open to everyone currently in the challenge, whatever day you're on.
When does the next challenge start?
Whenever you're ready. Enrollment is rolling; your 30 days begin as soon as your Fit Clarity Call is done.
Are refunds available?
No. The $100 is non-refundable once you enroll. It's part of why the Fit Clarity Call exists, so you enroll knowing this is right for you.
What happens after day 30?
Whatever you want. Keep going on your own, or ask about ongoing one-to-one coaching if you want more support. Nothing auto-renews, nothing sneaks onto your card.
You could wait for life to calm down.
It hasn't shown much interest in doing that.
Or you could spend the next 30 days practicing a healthier approach inside the life you're actually living: the busy, interrupted, real one. Not the one you keep waiting to have time for.
$100 for the challenge. Your spot is confirmed after your free Fit Clarity Call and payment — nothing before that.
